The Prayer Ministry Team designated May as Prayer Awareness Month. We had six Temple talks about prayer. We started with praying for the pastor, then prayer as a ministry, followed by praying everywhere, on site prayer, spontaneous prayer, and concluding with prayer and fasting. The intent of these Temple Talks was to make you aware of different ways and areas you can include into your daily prayers. Our hope and prayers are that you will become more aware of the need to pray and will find peace and comfort in your life through prayer. We have had favorable comments about the Temple Talks. If you have benefited from these Talks please share them with the members of the Prayer Ministry. We would like to add others to the Prayer Ministry Team. We would like to have some to help with hospital calls, and we would like to have more involved in the Prayer Ministry prayer chain. You may not be able to go to meetings, but you can be a part by praying for others at your home. You are never too old to pray.
